  • The office is not currently accepting new patients please check in the new year Jan. 2024. 

  • Starting January 1, 2023 we will no longer be accepting any plans associated with United  Healthcare. A letter from Dr. Bob.

  • As of April 1, 2021 we will NO longer be accepting NEW PATIENTS with Emblem Health.

  • As of December 2020 the office will be closed first Wednesday and third Saturday of the month. Please view calendar below for any changes.

  • Office will be closed from Monday December 25 through Tuesday December 26.
